Police officers executed a controlled drugs and substances act search warrant at a property on Highway 21 in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula today.
They seized Cocaine, Heroin, Lysergic acid Diethylamide (LSD) and Oxycodone pills. The estimated, combined value of the seized controlled substances is $93,105.
Officers also seized offence related property that consisted of more than $31,000, firearm, ammunition, digital scales, a cell phone, debt lists and packaging material.
A 49-year-old resident of Owen Sound faces a number of charges including Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Heroin for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of LSD for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Oxycodone, Possess a Firearm while Prohibited and Possess Ammunition while Prohibited.
They are scheduled to appear in court on March 19, 2020, to answer to the charges.
The operation involved members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crimes Unit (CSCU), West Region OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT), Grey-Bruce OPP and Owen Sound Police Service (OSPS) officers
