Softball Canada announce Women’s National Team

Softball Canada and the Women’s National Team coaching staff have announce the Women’s National Team roster that will compete at the 2022 Celebration Tour and Canada Cup International Softball Championship.

A total of twenty (20) athletes will travel with Team Canada for Celebration Tour stops in Ontario (June 16-18) and Saskatchewan (June 29 to July 1) and the Canada Cup in Surrey, B.C. (June 20-26).

The athletes were selected by the Women’s National Team coaching staff following a Selection Camp held in Brampton, Ont. this past weekend after a series of regional identification camps.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
