Do you know who owns this kayak?

Huron OPP are trying to find the owner of a kayak that washed ashore north of Bayfield.

According to police, the bright blue Pelican kayak appeared in the water near Northwood Beach Report around 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

The discovery of the empty vessel has raised concerns that something may have happened to the person who took it into the water.

Police are appealing to the public for information from anyone who knows of a kayaker who recently set out in Central Huron and did not return or from anyone who is missing a kayak.
