Police identified five intersections within Perth County that had 33 collisions over a two-year period. The educational initiative that followed was called "Look Twice, Save a Life" and was aimed at educating the public and taking enforcement action at the following stop sign controlled intersections:

-Perth Line 72 and Road 131 in Perth East

-Line 39 and Road 135 in Perth East

-Perth Line 20 and Road 164 in West Perth
