Stratford police are looking for witnesses to come forward after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Monday evening.
The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. at the intersection Douro Street and Waterloo Street South. According to police, a grey Nissan reportedly struck a person in the crosswalk while in the left turn lane.
The person was taken to local hospital with minor injuries.
The driver was charged with failure to yield.
Police say they are still looking to speak to witnesses to the incident, including the driver of a black vehicle that was observed behind the Nissan at the time of the collision.
