Sarnia police are looking for a 38-year-old woman, allegedly involved in a violent assault and robbery.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Stephanie Crystal Robar of Sarnia in connection with the incident from late last week.
Police said a 34-year-old man, a friend of the suspect, was robbed of a significant amount of cash and valuables near Vidal Street South and Talfourd Street at around 7:30 p.m. on Friday, August 12.
The victim, who allowed the female suspect to stop by for a visit, was also assaulted by two other males who were known to the victim, causing head and facial injuries. He was later treated at the scene by paramedics.
On Sunday, August 14, police located and arrested 50-year-old Nicholas Ernest Williams of Sarnia, one of the two male suspects.
On Tuesday, August 16, police located and arrested the second male suspect, 38-year-old Edward Lee Oliver of Sarnia.
Both men face the following charges:
· Assault with a Weapon
· Break & Enter with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence
· Robbery with a Weapon
· Utter Threats to Cause Death
· Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon
· Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
· Fail to Comply with Release Order
Williams faces an additional charge of failure to comply with probation. Both men were remanded into custody.
Police said Robar is wanted for assault with a weapon, break & enter with intent to commit an indictable offence, and robbery with a weapon.
She is described as a White female, 5’6”, 145 pounds, thin build with long auburn hair and brown eyes.
