[audio mp3="http://blackburnnews.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Jane-Cooper-web-page.mp3"][/audio] Cooper says a fee-based application protocol may be needed for bigger developers to help them determine if their proposal is going to "fly or not." The Draft Action Plan can be found on the city's website, www.city.sarnia.on.ca through the Development Review Focus Group page. Suggestions and comments will be accepted until September 15.
