Sarnia Rotary Club members and volunteers will be flipping thousands of pancakes this weekend.
It's the 41st annual Mackinac Pancake Breakfast under the Blue Water Bridge on Saturday, July 20.
Spokesperson Heather Martin said funds raised will help support local charities.
"It's a great community event," said Martin. "It brings people together to enjoy the boats going up, it's exciting. It's the 100th anniversary of Mackinac this year and there's almost twice as many boats racing as there normally is."

Spokesperson Harry Chadwick said the Mackinac Extravaganza featuring first responder displays, vehicles, cavalry and bands is returning for its second year, on the south side of the bridge.
"For us with the First Hussars, which is the local army reserve regiment, it's a vehicle display along with our first responder partners," said Chadwick. "It's a chance for us to show the local community their local army reserve. We'll have equipment displays, vehicle displays, armoured vehicles, the horse troop and a couple different bands."
The breakfast is from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children. Advance tickets are available online at rotarysarnia.com
The breakfast is followed by the Mackinac Extravaganza from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Rotary Club will also have a number of family-friendly events along with a vendor fair and the ReMax Balloon.
Proceeds will go to the Affordable Housing Initiative and the First Hussars.
The events coincide with the 100th running of the Bayview Mackinac Boat Race, with the first boats crossing the starting line at 11:30 a.m., just north of the Blue Water Bridge.
