Lineup officially set for Bluewater Borderfest

The line up for this year's Bluewater Borderfest has been finalized.

The Fray will headline the Friday, June 20 show, and will be joined by Big Wreck, Econoline Crush, and Sarnia's own Kim Mitchell.

Mitchell, who is now 72-years-old, was part of the group Max Webster in the 1970s before embarking on a succesful solo career. He'll likely be singing some classic favourites like Patio Lanterns, Go For Soda, and Rock N' Roll Duty.

Big Wreck last came to Sarnia in 2022 for shows at the Revelree Music Festival and Imperial Theatre.

The band also performed at Borderfest in 2019 after guitarist, Brian Doherty, who lived in Camlachie for many years, passed away earlier that year.

Familiar songs include The Oaf, Blown Wide Open, and That Song.

The Fray are a soft rock band from Denver, Colorado, known for their hits How to Save a Life, Over My Head, and You Found Me.

Econoline Crush was formed in 1992 in Vancouver, BC.

They've released five albums, with popular songs including All That You Are and You Don't Know What It's Like.

On June 19, Chase Rice will be performing for country night, along with James Barker Band and Madeline Merlo.

On June 21, Billy Talent will take to the stage with Hinder, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus and Faber Drive.
