Few details were released, but members of the Emergency Response Team were summoned soon after 2 p.m. to Durand Street near Mitten Street.
Police reported that it was a situation confined to a house in the area.
Shortly before 5 p.m., police reported via social media that the issue was resolved and officers were leaving the scene.
