Federal offender sought for breaching statutory release

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad hopes the public will help them locate a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching his statutory release.

William Turner is known to frequent Windsor, Sarnia, London, Woodstock, St.Thomas, and the Greater Toronto Area.

Turner is 37 years old, and police describe him as a white man, 6'4", 230 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

He has several tattoos. On the right side of his neck, one reads "CWB", another across his hands says "RED NECK", one on his upper right arm is of a masked face, the outline of a gun is tattooed on his right arm, and on his left forearm, the last tattoo reads "FAITH".

Turner is serving a six-year, four-month, and ten-day sentence for armed robbery, robbery, and possession of a schedule I substance.
