It thanked all staff, patients, families, and visitors for support during this time.
Visitors are reminded to stay home if feeling unwell and to wear a mask, particularly in clinical areas and when within two metres of patients.
After reaching agreements in principle in November, the parties have finalized the wording of the new deals.
