A 61-year-old Point Edward man is facing charges after an altercation near the waterfront last Wednesday morning.
Just before 10 a.m., Lambton OPP were called about a disturbance involving two individuals in the area of Fort Street.
Police said one person suffered minor injuries.
Darrin Daamen is charged with assault, assault with a weapon, and mischief.
He was released and is set to appear in court on January 26, 2026.
