Lambton road crews are still cleaning up from the weekend blizzard that battered parts of the county.
Snow and gusty winds Friday night and Saturday morning resulted in whiteout conditions in Plympton-Wyoming, Warwick Township, and parts of Lambton Shores.
Hundreds of vehicles were left stranded on area roads and highways, including Highway 402, forcing it to be closed between Sarnia and London for several hours.
A significant weather event was declared Saturday morning, advising residents that snow clearing operations may take longer than usual.

In an email to Sarnia News Today Monday, the County of Lambton said there are still several county roads with areas of rough and hard packed snow and ice, in particular London Line between Oil Heritage Road and Nauvoo Road.
"Our road crews are doing their best to return these stubborn patches to normal," read the email. "Motorists should watch for these troublesome spots and be prepared to adjust driving speeds accordingly."
Residents are reminded to be prepared for changing conditions during the winter months and check the forecast before travelling.
You're also reminded to clear all ice and snow from your vehicle before driving, ensure your vehicle has enough fuel, carry an emergency kit in the vehicle, including warm clothing, blankets, a flashlight, water, and non-perishable food.
