[audio wav="http://blackburnnews.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/FIVE-QUESTIONS-WITH-JENNIFER-ALDERSON-GREEN-E.wav"][/audio] --- Jennifer lives in Belle River with her husband and four-year-old daughter. She is a Canada Post employee where she frequently travels throughout Essex County to work in various rural post offices. Her job allows her the opportunity to listen to the concerns of citizens and gain an understanding of what matters most to them. She has previously worked in public utilities and the automotive sector. She studied Liberal Arts at the University of Windsor with an emphasis on Political Science.

Jennifer is a big supporter of the local and sustainable food movement. On Sundays, she and her husband manage the Belle River Farmers' Market. Through her interaction with area farmers, she recognizes their constant hard work and the struggles they face.

Jennifer believes the Green Party of Canada offers a unique approach to Canadian government, through its focus on cross-party collaboration, integrity and fairness for all. She hopes to work for Essex residents to strengthen the economy, eliminate poverty, and secure protection for our Great Lakes. --- Interesting riding facts:
