Windsor police have arrested one of the three suspects sought in connection with a home invasion earlier this month.
It happened in the early-morning hours of January 4. Police were called to a home on Aylmer Avenue near Wyandotte Street for a break-and-enter. Three people entered the house while the residents were there and brandished a firearm. The men stole several items before taking off, but no injuries were reported.
One suspect was identified and was arrested Monday at Windsor Police Service Headquarters. Zachary Nobley-Desjardins, 28, is charged with robbery with a firearm and break-and-enter. These charges have not been proven in court.
The two other suspects remain at large, and police said they consider them armed and dangerous. Surveillance photos of the two remaining suspects can be seen above.
The suspect seen on the left is described as a male white, wearing a black hooded jacket, black pants, and black running shoes with white soles. The suspect on the right is described as a male wearing a toque and scarf, red jacket, white pants, running shoes, and black gloves.
Do not approach any of the suspects yourself. If you recognize them or know of their whereabouts, call 911 immediately.
