Daytime highs of 31 to 35 degrees Celsius and a humidex of 37 to 42.
Overnight lows of 19 to 23 degrees Celsius, providing little relief from the heat.

Continuing through to Thursday night.

Additional information:
Southern Ontario will experience hot and humid conditions now through much of this week. A shift in the weather pattern late this week will likely end this multi-day period of heat and humidity Thursday night.

Poor air quality is expected to persist through this afternoon due to a combination of smoke from forest fires and increasing of ground level zone.

As smoke levels increase, health risks increase. Limit time outdoors. Consider reducing or rescheduling outdoor sports, activities and events.

You may experience mild and common symptoms such as eye, nose and throat irritation, headaches or a mild cough. More serious but less common symptoms include wheezing, chest pains or severe cough. If you think you are having a medical emergency, seek immediate medical assistance.

People more likely to be impacted by outdoor air pollution, including people aged 65 and older, pregnant people, infants and young children, people with an existing illness or chronic health condition, and people who work outdoors, should reduce or reschedule strenuous activities outdoors and seek medical attention if experiencing symptoms.

<a href="https://lambtonpublichealth.ca/2019-novel-coronavirus/">Lambton Public Health</a> is reporting a spike in the number of COVID-19 deaths in the last week.
In its update Wednesday, the health unit said there have now been 162 deaths related to the virus in Sarnia-Lambton, up from 155 a week ago. Lambton Public Health said two of the individuals were linked to long-term care homes and five were in hospital settings.
Four of the deaths were individuals in their 80s, and the three others ranged in age from 60 to 79.
The health unit reported 142 new lab confirmed cases since its last update, for a daily average of 19 over the last seven days.
There are seven active outbreaks. The latest was declared on Monday at St. Joseph's Hospice.
At <a href="https://www.bluewaterhealth.ca/covid-19-novel-coronavirus-information-frequently-asked-questions">Bluewater Health</a>, there are 10-COVID positive patients.
