New boss at the Windsor-Detroit Tunnel

A new Chief Executive Officer will take over at the Windsor-Detroit Tunnel on August 1.

Tal Czudner succeeds Carolyn Brown, who has served as the CEO since 2014.

The City of Windsor said Czudner has extensive experience in different industries, where he demonstrated adaptability and strong leadership skills.

In the past, he's worked at Casino Windsor before Caesars Entertainment became the operator, Beach Grove Golf and Country Club, and most recently, Cavalier Tool and Manufacturing.

"With each role he has taken on throughout his impressive career, Tal Czudner has proven to be an effective leader, innovative and passionate executive, and dedicated community-builder," said Mayor Drew Dilkens, the chair of the Windsor-Detroit Tunnel Corporation. "Our community is experiencing unprecedented growth in our population and economy as several key investments and large-scale infrastructure projects combine to create a solid and bright future for our region. Tal understands our key position as an international gateway between Canada and the United States and will work to advance every opportunity ahead of us."
