Woman Seriously Injured In Single Vehicle Crash (GALLERY)

Lambton OPP say a woman was seriously injured when a vehicle entered the northeast ditch at westbound Hwy. 402 near Christina St. Thursday morning.

Constable Travis Parsons says police, Sarnia firefighters and EMS responded just before 10am.

The lone female occupant of the vehicle suffered life threatening injuries and was transported to hospital by EMS and then airlifted to London for further advanced care.

The westbound 402 on-ramp from Christina St. was closed through the afternoon, reopening by 5pm.
