Significant Fentanyl Bust In Sarnia

A Sarnia woman and a Hamilton man are in custody after $12,000 worth of Fentanyl was seized from a residence over the weekend.

Following an investigation, members of the Sarnia Police Vice Unit executed a search warrant at around 1:30am Saturday in the 800-block of Exmouth St.

Constable John Sottosanti says officers found 20 Fentanyl patches (100 mg), 5.3 g of cocaine with an estimated street value of $530, a small quantity of cannabis resin and nearly $4,600 in Canadian currency.

"29-year-old Heather Mason of Sarnia and 31-year-old Adrian Lemar Roberts of Hamilton remain in custody awaiting their next court appearance," says Sottosanti.

Both face two counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and one count of a controlled substance.
