Sarnia residents are invited to join the fight against kidney disease on Sunday.
The annual Kidney Walk is taking place at Canatara Park, with the goal of raising funds to support the Kidney Foundation.
Those taking part will rally in support of loved ones, raising funds to support crucial programs and services to help the thousands of people living with kidney disease.
The events are taking place across 28 communities this month.
As of Friday, over $24,000 had already been raised toward the local goal of $35,000.
Registration is at 9 a.m. at the Kiwanis Pavilion, and the walk will kick off at 10 a.m.
