Community grant deadline fast approaching in Arran-Elderslie

The deadline for community groups, volunteer organizations, and registered charities to apply for funding from the Municipality of Arran-Elderslie is rapidly approaching.

The deadline for applications to the annual Grants and Community Support Program is October 1, 2025.

The municipality says program helps non-profit organizations deliver events, programs, and initiatives that strengthen the social, cultural, and economic life of the community.

"Community groups and volunteers bring our community to life," said Mayor Steve Hammell in a release. "This program is about supporting the organizations that make Arran-Elderslie a welcoming and vibrant place to live."

Both financial grants and in-kind support (use of municipal spaces, equipment, or services) are available.

Eligible applicants must be non-profit organizations, registered charities, or volunteer groups delivering programs that directly benefit Arran-Elderslie residents.

Applications can be submitted online through the municipal website. For more information or assistance, contact Economic Development Officer Jen Legge at 519-363-3039 ex. 116.
